hometowntelevision corporation owns and operates 2 commercial television stations. We are channel 19 on the insight cable system in hamilton and tipton counties in indiana. As a commercial television station, hometown generates revenue via advertising, selling air time, and produsing sports and other events. Formed in 2002, hometown is owned by local residents of hamilton county who saw the need for a television station producing and airing local content pertinent to its citizens.
